German Alliance for Global Health Research – Join now

On February 1, 2020, the BMBF-funded “German Alliance for Global Health Research” was launched. You are invited to become a member!

The current SARS-CoV-2 crisis clearly illustrates the relevance of the global health approach and the importance of scientific networking and science-led communication.  The German Alliance for Global Health Research will link the various disciplines of global health research in Germany more closely in order to increase the contribution of the German research community to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 3 (“Good Health and Well-Being”) and to further develop global health as an academic discipline in Germany. The platform is managed by an interdisciplinary steering committee and coordinated by a secretariat hosted by Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Membership is open to researchers from different disciplines working at German public research institutions with expertise in global health issues. You can find more details on www.globalhealth.de.
